What's EBESA?
Yamanouchi Town is located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, which is home to the Jigokudani Yaen Park that is inhabited with world-famous wild monkeys called "Snow Monkeys." How to sign up for optional EBESA tours
- Choose a tour from among the EBESA products and check the tour dates. Sign up using the application form on our website, or by giving us a phone call.
If you want to participate these programs(A-1, B-1, B-2, B-3) on that day, please call us. When there is a vacant ticket, you are able to participate it.
(If you are a group with a certain number of people, it may be possible to hold a tour for your group even on non-scheduled dates. Please contact us with your requests.)

- After checking the tour's minimum participant count and the condition of hands-on facilities, we will let you know whether the tour can be provided as requested. Please be forewarned that we cannot immediately guarantee that the tour you applied for will be conducted.

Cancellation on the day before the program: 20% of the program participation fee
Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% of the program participation fee
